Presentation Guidelines

RIVF 2025 features on-site oral and on-site poster presentations. All papers presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.

Oral Presentations

  • Arrive at your session room 10 minutes before the session begins and check in with the Session Chair.
  • Each presentation is 18 minutes:
    • 15 minutes for the talk
    • 3 minutes for Q&A
  • The room will be equipped with:
    • A projector
    • A Windows laptop with PowerPoint and a USB port
  • Bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it before the session starts.
  • Please meet the Session Chair 15 minutes early and provide a brief biography for the introduction.

Poster Presentations

  • A poster panel labeled with your session number will be available in the conference hall.
  • Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm)
  • Panel size: 100 cm (W) × 150 cm (H)
  • Bring your printed poster; on-site printing is not provided.
  • Tape and adhesives will be available at the help desk.
  • Please remove your poster 5 minutes before the session ends.
